The goal of our maintenance and support program is to maintain your security with the minimum amount of disruption. Both packages offer two common components- Immediate Response and Immediate Replacement.
In the unlikely event of system failure (Digitus products in operations have had "0" failure instances in more than five years), Digitus will immediately dispatch a replacement platform for installation. Further, depending on your maintenance and support solution, system software and functionality upgrades are free of charge.
